I worked out super had yesterday in some pain but I can live. I'm getting ready for off season basketball and track season. My papa bear says I'm out of shape so i need to get in better shape before i even think about competing with anybody. Also need said i need to work on my handles(ball handling) and practice. I tried to run 2 miles in 15 minutes or less. My dad said that's where i need to start. When I'm in shape i should be able to to run 2miles in 12 minutes even. That's six minute miles which is incredible.
