Basketball YeS

Ive been training since i got cut from the basketball team. if i hadn't messed up my calf in football I'm pretty sure i could have made it. I really wish i would have that tackle. it was my chance to shine but oh well i will next year. My training schedule consists of working out yoga running drills on top of drills plyometrics and many other like nutrition. I'm also trying out for this year which I'm hoping will help expeditiously in my growth as a player. Right now i need to find my Motivation. I have it and you want it* You need it i cant give it*my hunger*my edge* my motivation* my everything..* that thing that makes you want to quit and give up makes me stronger. So hate with all you can so i can prove you wrong.
